M-Craft Supplies (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is a foreign-invested company with over 15 years manufacturing experience in precision fasteners.

Manufacturing capacity and range:
We produce precision screws on eighty sets of cold-forming headers and thread-rollers entirely bought from Taiwan. Our product range includes wood screws, chipboard screws, drywall screws, decking screws, self-tapping and self-drilling screws, concrete and window screws, thread-forming and trilobular screws, machine screws, automotive and OEM parts.

At present, our export volume exceeds 300 containers of fasteners and components per month, including carbon, alloy and stainless steel fasteners. We also maintain a significant packaging facility with over 200 employees, packing in all forms of boxes, blisters and kits.

Quality of manufacturing:
All wire-drawing and annealing is conducted in-house, as well as end-product heat treatment, on imported San Yung heat treatment lines. Our fastener manufacturing facility has implemented QS9001, therefore our quality control follows each in-and-out going production phase from the raw material to the final product and packaging. Our QC department consists of a team of foreign-trained engineers. We are able to offer full traceability and documentation on all products.

Research, development and design:
The unquestionable advantage of our company is our research, development and design department, where we are constantly developing new and innovative products. Rather than emulating industry leaders overseas, we develop and improve our own products on a continual basis. Naturally, we cooperate closely with our distribution and retail partners overseas and tailor products to specific market needs. Many of these products are marketed overseas under our partners' proprietary brands, but we also develop our own brands.
